Sunny Sethi
CEO
The company founder Dr. Sunny Sethi is the CEO. Dr. Sethi has a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and a black belt certificate in Six Sigma. Right after his Ph.D. Dr. Sethi launched a nanotech startup. The AFRL funded startup developed aligned carbon nanotube based thermal interface materials for the electronics industry. Dr. Sethi has developed several patented technologies in nanotech, advanced materials, solar and auto industry and took them to production. Being in California, Dr. Sethi witnessed the devastation caused by wildfires year after year. He decided to use his background and experience to develop and deploy fire suppression tools like nozzles for the fire-departments across the US.

Capt. Eric Guida
Director of Sales
Eric is a retired Fire Captain with over 34 years of experience. Eric spent the last 30 years working for the Sacramento Fire Department predominantly at Engine 6 in the Oak Park neighborhood of Sacramento. He served on the Engine Company Committee for over a decade and co-wrote The Sacramento Engine Company Handbook. Eric is a certified California State Fire Instructor and earned a B.S. degree from U.C. Davis. Through his education and experience Eric believes the smoothbore nozzle gives firefighters the best chance of success for fire suppression. He believes HEN adjustable smoothbore nozzles are the most advanced and effective, and are the future of firefighting.

Dennis LeGear
Owner of LeGear Engineering F.D. Consulting (L.E.F.D.C), retired Capt. Oakland, CA. holds an AS in Fire Science and BS in Vocational Education from CSU Long Beach. He also held the position of Water Supply Officer in the OFD, and advised the Engine and Truck Committees in pump spec, hose & equipment lay out, compartment / hose bed spec as it related to fire stream development. In addition, he was a hose and nozzle instructor at many in house academies, plus an adjunct professor in the same capacity at the College of the Siskiyous in California. His fire service career included time at Cal Fire, Kings County and the City of Oakland.
Creator of the 1 3/16-inch smooth bore tip and TRUE hose spec movement. A panel member of the UL Study of the Impact of Fire Attack Utilizing Interior and Exterior Streams on Firefighter Safety and Occupant Survival and The Coordinated Attack Study. Currently Manages/Project Lead of a national "Engine Test Group" composed of industry experts, which are involved in both the L.E.FDC "True Hose Project" the "1 3/16th-inch tip” 295gpm@50psi Project, and “Smooth Bore Matching Fog tips @50si NP” project. That has led to widespread changes at the manufacturing level.
His company has provided technical advice to some of the largest fire agencies in the nation including, Portland, Seattle, Boston and the City of New York. He also has provided direct training/consulting extensively throughout the North America Fire Service around fire stream development. Author of Fire Engineer FF I&II Handbook, Water Supply and Hose / Appliance Chapter. Published in Fire Engineering Magazine and a FDIC HOT and Lecture Instructor.

Eric Saylors
Eric Saylors is the Fire Chief of El Cerrito/Kensington Fire department. He has 27 years in the fire service. During this time, he has worked as a firefighter, an engineer, a captain, a battalion chief, and an assistant chief for the City of Sacramento. He is a paramedic, a hazmat specialist, and a special rescue technician.
He has two associate degrees, a bachelor's in finance, a master's in security studies from the naval postgraduate school, and is a Doctoral candidate at USC. He teaches fire chiefs classes for the state fire marshal and has published over twenty articles on homeland security and fire service topics.

Dan Reece
Dan served as Deputy Chief of CAL FIRE. As a firefighter in California and, in recent years, as an aerial firefighting company president Dan has been on the front lines of many of this century’s worst wildfires for most of my adult life, in the U.S. and abroad. Dan has witnessed firsthand the devastating emotional impact that wildland fires cause to individuals and entire communities.

Lee Poseidon
Lee Poseidon is a business consultant, a passionate automotive and motorcycle enthusiast and an active racer of vintage automobiles in the U.S. and Europe. Most recently, he was a Senior Partner with JumpStart Inc., a venture development organization which combines the principles of private venture capital and non-profit economic development to help entrepreneurs start and grow companies in North East Ohio. Lee joined JumpStart in 2008 with 25 years of experience in growing and managing a number of high technology, publishing, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services businesses. At JumpStart, Lee worked with dozens of start ups to help accelerate their growth and managed the firm’s Mentoring, Recruiting and ScaleUp programs. His experience spans a number of product and service offerings, including automotive hardware and software information management systems, medical practice management software, electronic medical records, software distribution services, tax processing systems and services, business forms, training and consulting products and services, microfiche production, and electronic cataloging and publishing.
Prior to joining JumpStart, Lee was Chief Operating Officer of Quorum Information Technologies, Inc. (TSX-V: QIS). Before joining Quorum, Lee held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of ProQuest Global Automotive (fka Bell and Howell Publishing Services). Lee has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Dealership Operations of the National Automobile Dealers Association, as well as a variety of senior management positions in his 15-year career with The Reynolds & Reynolds Company. Lee is the principal of Growth Partners, LLC, a consulting firm focused on providing senior leadership, strategy, market expansion and business development services, which he founded in 1999.

Raj Shekhar Singh
Dr. Raj Singh is Chief Operations Officer and co-founder at Hyperspec AI, which is developing tech to make autonomous driving more scalable. Raj has a PhD in data modeling and data assimilation in large scale climate models from UC Berkeley. During his PhD, Raj worked closely with NASA-JPL, NOAA, USGS, NCAR, and Lawrence Berkeley Labs co-publishing many papers. As a founding executive at Innovaccer, Raj led Product for 5 years and built the Customer success, product management, product strategy, and product design teams from scratch. Prior to Innovacer, Raj was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co where he specialized in advanced industries, working closely with some of the largest semiconductor companies on growth strategy, M&A strategy and increasing operational efficiency. Raj has an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in India.
